Hey there, William Dando,
So sorry to say, but I must be the only person on the face of the earth that is not on facebook. I looked up your name, but there was a long list of people with that name. I don’t have a clue about how one navigates through facebook. Sorry about that. It would be nice to correspond. It is almost impossible to find people that read the Bible. Most of the people where I live don’t even want to hear about the Bible.

I have so many questions about the Bible. I am listening to the unit on Genesis 1 -12. In chapter 1 on day 2, He made the firmament. Then on day 4 He put the sun, moon, and the stars in that firmament. It is my understanding that this is the 2nd heaven. The third heaven is far above where God is. So….the 1st heaven must be the sky where the birds fly. On day 5 the birds flew in the “open firmament of heaven”. This must be the sky. Soooooo, here’s the question: when was the sky made? I think it was on day 3, when He said, “Let the waters under the heaven be gathered together unto one place, and let the dry land appear…” I got to pondering just how would He gather the waters unto one place, when the whole earth was under lots and lots of water. Seems like He would have to reconfigure the shape of the earth somehow making a hole for the water resulting in making a space between the surface of the earth and the 2nd heaven. This new space would be the 1st heaven. But where did the air come from? I don’t know!!!

His Servant,
Judy
